I seem to recall him disappearing in the playoffs. Maybe my memory is worse than I thought.
He has all the tools. Hands, size, speed but lacks commitment and drive. He doesn't play hungry. He lets the game come to him instead of imposing his will. We have seen glimpses of it but he seems to get disinterested or when his one move doesn't work throws his hands

Yes, your posts are getting ridiculous, 3 weeks in hockey of no play is a lifetime. Did anywhere in my post did I say bench the guy for the rest of the year????? You sit poor play and no effort for a game or two so it sinks in that his bad play will not be tolerated. Maybe I'm being a little rough on you, how old are you? As for someone replacing him, you bring someone in from the Wolf Pack and throw him a bone for a game or two. I can tell you one thing you'll get a lot more effort

But really though, Nash has been awful and there's a contingent who'd be happy to see him gone for a decent return.

Old enough to comprehend the simple fact that sitting Hank and sitting Nash are not comparable situations. Unlike you. Replacing Nash with someone from the Wolf pack is honestly one of the dumbest ideas I have ever read in my entire life. And I've been here for three years, I've read some pretty dumb things. This might take the cake, though.

Dude, better ask your parents before you get on here to post with adults. So in your world you keep playing players who provide no effort to the cause? This is laughable, I guess we don't have to worry about you getting a coaching job anytime soon. In the world of sports you bench players who provide nothing hoping to create a spark and if that means letting someone else play (((a game or two))) you do that. True, but the idea of letting Nash sit for a game isn't dumb, a clear signal that he needs to perform better.
That treatment has been a success, AV did the same thing to Zucc, Del Zotto...and now Hank. So why not Nash.
