Its a smart move because he doesn't have a shot, if his pass is on Kreider's tape he's uncontested. Would have been a great play.

If Nash shoots, it goes right into the defenseman. He knows this.

Trust me, if Nash has room he's going to the net, or shooting it.
 
Smart play by Del Zotto. Third line is out there. Get an offensive zone faceoff with fresh legs.

looks like he's exorcised his can't hit the net demon and J. Moore has been possessed by it in turn.

Also sad that Krieder is 10x the power forward that Rick Nash claims to be.
 
Two really nice defensive plays by Jokinen on the Rangers rush.
