Where is the game?!?!?!

Im 2 beers in and still waiting for puck drop...

Pens are really without so many frontline players I would expect the Rangers to win. You never know but with Malkin, Letang, Neal, Bennett, Martin, Orpik, Scuderi, out this team is just not the same team.

What did everyone think of the 'Rivals' pre-game show?

I know people give it a lot of flack saying that they dedicate a lot of time to games on Wednesdays that aren't true rivalries...but I really enjoyed watching a lot of those old clips of interviews and highlights from games during the early 90s. I really liked how Graves basically came out and said he was "tired of answering the questions on whether or not his slash on Lemieux was a cheap shot"

I always remember a lot of those on-ice things that happened but I thought it was great to see a lot of those post-game interviews during that era

Other than the theme being, "The Penguins have always owned the Rangers." It's cool.

Too bad it's a rerun from the last Pens/Rangers rivalry game.

Great show except that it reminded me of how badly the Pens have dominated us over the years.

Yeah I didn't watch it the last time it ran.... just thought I would throw some thing to talk about into this thread besides people talkin about avatars/smilies/gambling probabilities...

Wasn't a knock on you, was a knock on NBCSN.

And listening to NBC reminding everyone how great Cindy is about every ten min. Probably two in between period specials, and a 1/2 hour post game lick fest.
The great one had extra diving practice this week. Never enjoy watching Ranger Pitts games.

Don't forget all the riveting discussions between periods on whether fighting should be banned altogether. Yeah, we get it Mcguire...you look like the turtle from bugs bunny and you don't like fighting...go kiss some more penguin butt.

Yeah its all good...I didn't take it that way. Unfortunately historically the Pens have dominated the Rangers so its hard to argue against why they display it as such.

Definitely agree that the constant Penguins/Crosby being force-fed down the fans throats is tiresome....there are stars all across the league and I think it's one of the things maybe damaging the leagues appeal to average sports fans.

It's like how today I was watching some sports talk shows and they were talking about Lillard/Irving last night in the NBA....they didn't constantly have to talk about Lebron or Kobe.

NHL definitely should do a better job of marketing there other stars
