What Rangers team have you been watching the past few years?

Anyways, I think I'm going to see Anchorman 2 tonight, so it looks like I'll be missing this one. Feel like I won't be missing much, so it'll be okay.

4-1 Pens.

Someone mentioned the other day that Crosby hasn't scored on the Rangers since McD joined the team. Crosby with 2 goals and 2 assists tonight.

:help:
Well aren't you just a ball of positivity...

Broken Penguins Squad>>>>>>>>>>>Healthy Rangers Squad.

I'm predicting a 4-1 win for the Penguins.

Hopefully the Rangers prove me wrong.

Its like having Crosby makes them good, even if hes hurt too. Its amazing to me. So many times the Pens have guys out all over the place and they don't miss a beat. I don't understand.

My Junior year in college, 2008, the Penguins used our school's rink for a practice. They were in town to play the Bruins and couldn't get ice at the TD Garden for some reason. Myself and a few friends got in to watch.

Now this was pre-Bylsma. But it was amazing watching that practice. To be fair it's the only NHL practice I have been to so I don't have anything to compare it to. For a solid 30 min Crosby was running drills on offensive zone strategy in one half of the ice. Yes, Crosby was running the drills at what, 21? There was an assitant coach working on the PK or D or something in the other zone. Crosby was directing movement in the offensive zone drills.

Again, Therrien got fired so there's that. But it's amazing the kind of impact one generational player can have on a team like that.

Laraque (I believe it was Laraque) also was teaching Malkin how to fight at center ice after practice haha.

McIlrath should teach some of his Rangers teammates on how to fight especially the big guys like Boyle Pyatt and Pouliot...

Huge Rangers night tonight. Today is the day everyone praises Sather for aquiring Nash and Brassard

Bought myself an early Christmas present…

I hope it brings good luck the rest of the way, and Hank + the rest of the team go on a tear. Lets do this…

Board is down on the Rangers.
1 game beneath .500.
"This is a .500 team"

I'll put a wager on the Rangers.

**** NBC!!! 8 pm start means 2 am and another sleepless night!

They better win

And listening to NBC reminding everyone how great Cindy is about every ten min. Probably two in between period specials, and a 1/2 hour post game lick fest.
The great one had extra diving practice this week. Never enjoy watching Ranger Pitts games.

McIlrath scratched? God, I HATE HATE HATE HATE AV. I hate him so much it's insane.

I love McIlrath. As much as I disagree with how AV is handling our prospects, if you're looking at each individual game in a vacuum here, McIlrath is not suited well against Pitts' style of play.

That being said, AV needs to recognize that it's in his longterm benefit to play McIlrath. That playing him in situations like this is how players learn and get better.

He's like Torts in that regard. Can't handle prospect development very well.
