I had a dream a couple of nights ago that AV had somehow entered my family. I woke up in a cold sweat mortified.

It means you put $100 down and if the Rangers win you win $121.

The Pens will be + something. For example, if the Pens are +140, that means a better will have to put $140 down to win $100.
 
Gotta win this one! Huge game, going to be a tough one, Pens are going to be wanting revenge after last game. I hope Rangers come out with the same fire and win this one! Let's go Rangers!!!!

This is wrong, do not listen to this.

kenjets, "-" is favorite and "+" underdog. Probably just a brainfart on your part.

Rangers -121 means if you put down $100 you'll win something like $80, but I was never good at calculating that stuff.

Yes, you are correct. Having a tough go around after taking a hard final this morning. Running on 3 hours of sleep. Mixed them up.

Concept still applies.

Betting for the underdog, you would put down X amount (ex: $100), and if they win you get the line, or a proportion to the line. +130, put down 100 to win the 130.

Betting for the favorite, you would put down more money than you would win back, but the risk isn't as great. So -130, put down 130 to win 100.

Kind of a weird request but would anyone on this board be able to record the game and upload it somewhere afterwards? Not gonna be able to watch tonight and of course it's on NBC so naturally no god damn replays will be shown...
 
Please don't injure us tonight, it's all i ask. I'd take a loss if it means no injury. We lose someone every single game to Injury or suspension.

It is hard to get excited to watch this team. Outside of a few players, they don't seem to care.

I'll watch because I'm a fan but it will mostly be in the background while I study for finals.
