That play was really good.
It's unrealistic of me to expect common sense on common plays that happen all the time? Lol alrighty. You clearly don't get the point of everyone should know how to do these little things like being aware of your surroundings and having the numbers game on a rush.
Granted if that was Holtby, Callahan would of scored. lol.![]()
Yes. It's unrealistic that you should expect a 4th line to be filled with players that play well in all three zones. You clearly don't understand the cap implications of fielding such a team. You could always overpay your 4th line (and stack it with third liners), but have fun without having any viable 1st line players.
This is a pretty simple concept. It's cost-prohibitive to field a 4th line filled with guys who can play well in all three zones. You are going to sacrifice something if you want guys that are (for example -- like Boyle) good in the defensive zone.
You could always have a 4th line filled with Pyatts (players that are neither terrible nor good in ANY zone) if you'd prefer.
*bring out the tar and feathers*1st start this season .. great that is a shutout...
Is he asking for a whole 4th line to be that way or is he asking that Boyle know what to do on an odd man rush?
