Thanks for letting me know Kerfoot was out there on a icing. I missed that. I feel better now. Take the point and try shutting them out next game when we have our good goalie Hutch in the net :)

Lets say Freddie makes a few of those saves? What then? We played a great game? We all know that is BS. I'd rather the players face the loss for their effort. Inexcusable effort imo.

You can say Andersen should have been better, and I will always say so should the skaters.

Well obvious skaters need to be better but we’re talking about not blaming a good goalie for letting in 6 goals vs worse team in the league?
Freddy is in question because right now because he’s a ufa and we either move on now or commit long term

I don’t feel comfortable at all with him in nets, specially going into a playoff game

Im sorry, but the cute plays, atrocious giveaways, missed d coverages, the constant icings which is a pure indication you are being hemmed in.. sorry that needs a timeout.. play with purpose.. these guys play reckless and careless even when up a single goal. The coach is definitely to blame here alongside the play of that garbage goalie we have. Let me repeat, WE HAVE A GARBAGE GOALIE.

Freddy is known for giving up terrible goals when the pressure goes up. Sure some of the skaters were bad, Nylander, jt, and Reilly to name a few but just because they were bad doesn't mean freddy gets a pass. Hes been outplayed many times this year by the opposing teams goalie. He should be traded asap.

Agreed. It's clear Andersen isn't going to steal us any games, but this was the worst team in the league and we were up 5-1. The Tavares giveaway and two breakaways are inexcusable. Laughable effort in the 2nd and 3rd period.

Ditching Rielly and Nylander would clear cap space. Morgs cares, the other guy doesn’t. I don’t like Nylander anymore. I’m not picking up for him ever again. I seen enough. This is not bad breaks he’s getting or bad bounces. He’s a lazy useless f***

hmm JT needs to take some accountability here, his post game was dissapointing..he's the captain. he needs to call himself out and say he played horrible and that type of loss is inexcusable.

I understand your point.

And my point is, if the skaters put in a honest effort in this game or any other, we can beat anyone... they have yet to show me they are willing to do what it takes to limit opponents chances.

Its awfully strange when the team plays hard, Fred is able to make 1 or 2 big saves. They go hand in hand. One cannot be the savior. Despite how much they suck, the Sens are still an NHL team and if you do not match their effort you leave yourself exposed.

If Fred make 2 saves and we win 5-4... we still played like complete ass and will never win anything playing like that. Even if Fred is the best goalie in the league.

It is imperative that the Leafs trade Nylander and Kerfoot for guys who play like men. This teams biggest weakness (being soft) is once again being exposed. The fact that people are even debating this is laughable at this point. Nylanders low compete level can no longer be defended. Kerfoots low hockey IQ can no longer be defended. The Leafs are not far away from being a serious contender if this issue is addressed.
