Tonight's game was like the matrix or something.

Zibanejad is a former Senator, as is Claesson, although he didn't play tonight.

Brady Tkachuk and Kevin Hayes are cousins.

Brady Tkachuk is also related to Tom Fitzgerald, who was signed to play for the Boston Bruins in 2005 by Jeff Gorton.

Tkachuk was coached at BU by David Quinn.

Magnus Paajarvi and Kevin Shattenkirk were teammates in St. Louis.

Mikkel Boedker and Cody McLeod were teammates in Colorado.

Oh, and this one has nothing to do with the Senators, but the pick Arizona traded to Tampa to acquire Tony DeAngelo was used to select Libor Hajek.
Did you speak to Pierre McGuire during the game...

I think that's a concussion too. He's a bit of an exasperating player at times but he works hard. I'm thinking Zuccarello will be back on Thursday---two more days of rest for him anyway. Good for Gettinger as he stays up.

A good third period. I'm glad Lias got on the board. It wasn't pretty but sometimes you need a little luck. Kreider, Zibanejad and Hayes are all playing pretty well and putting up points. Nice to see Staal get his 1st too. Great play by Chytil on the Kreider goal and so far I think Ryan Strome has been pretty good.
I wanna see Buch come back strong.

Because Fast is not top 6 and is killing that line.

I feel like a terrible person, but who is that guy in the press conferences with a lisp? Good for him to have the balls to have a job like that but man he kind of sounds like a kid.

On ice I agree #20 is a leader. He's my fav player but I think he's a better Alternate. Problem is, there is no better candidate.

Love that the Rangers are getting some good hockey out of Strome. Hope he continues. He even scrapped the other night. Wasn't expecting that from his game. He's in the fight.

Looked like a concussion for Names. Guy plays hard. Hope he's ok.

Chytil quietly had a really solid game. seems like he either getting more creative or maybe just finding more confidence.

This one always gets me. It’s wild that we acquired DeAngelo and the player that was selected with the pick Tampa acquired when they traded Tony to Arizona. Crazy.

I agree I like him as an alternate.

As much as I think he's a great player in this league, I don't know if he's good enough to live up to that title, and I don't want to put the pressure on him. I got the sense that Callahan and McDonagh felt it because they weren't world-class players, although McDonagh was close at times.

I prefer having a captain who is secure in his status as an elite player, so he just has to be himself. I don't want Kreider thinking he has to be anything other than what he is.

For real though, is something...wrong with Brady Tkachuk? If there is, I'm sorry for being insensitive. If not, **** me, that is one ugly human being. Ugliest face since Manbearpig.
Confirmed. His face is incredibly punchable.

He plays hard and I’d like him as a Ranger.. But he’s not a Ranger, so **** him.

Future Lucic-Lite POS.
