Counting playoffs, yes.

But 5 different teams in the other 8 seasons. Sweeney wasn't alone.

Vegas got their use out of him. Can't keep everyone in a cap system. Well known Florida screwed up that entire expansion draft.

Pittsburgh letting him go? I'm going to say he's not the player he used to be.

Why shouldn't playoffs count? PPG player the year they went to the finals. 14 in 22 the year they won the cup.

Spent 6 years in Vegas. Almost 500 games and over 350 points. Another of Sweeney's miscalculations.
I don't know about all that. He had 13 goals here the year he was traded, and was traded again two years later for a 4th round pick after a 15 goal 37 point season. At that point he was 26 and a year from free agency.

I always thought it was curious the way he'd have an up year followed by a down year. He held that pattern his whole career until this year where he's following a down year with another down year.

Didn't say playoffs shouldn't count. Not everyone gets those games, though.

Another one of many complementary players that succeed in a very participant setting.

Good GMs identify those players and when to add them or remove them.

Geekie, Frederic types also.

Sell high on Geekie?
Sell low on Frederic?

Really makes zero sense unless DS knows there's not much of a market for him. And before all the babies chirp me I mean in term of the return.

Geekie had the same production last season wo Pasta. In my opinion he should be scoring at a better clip. He's missed a shit ton of scoring chances due to his lack of skill.

He should be moved at the deadline, these are the type of players you cash in on when you can.
Those are the types of players you try to trade for

You know, peasants were often land owners of modest means.

Stalin referred to them as "Kulaks," which turned out to be an unfortunate designation. "Dekulakization" was a thing, and not a pleasant one.

I suggest you use the term rabble, as in a pitchfork bearing mob, out for blood.

This is the proper term.

Don't wear it out.
I believe the term "serf" would fit his post much better --and pre-dates Stalin by a 1000 years.

Othman drafted 16th overall in 2021.He is 22 yrs old playing with Wolf pack.Do you know anything about this player & ty ?
I don't really know anything about him but his stats look promising. He was a 20 goal rookie in the AHL, which says something. He's playing well again this year.

Othmann loves nothing more than to collect the puck on the breakout, lead the charge into the offensive zone, and turn the corner on opposing defenders. He always attacks at full speed, playing a high-pace style, and pressuring with that same level of intensity. He pressures on the forecheck, plays the body, and takes good routes to cut off the opposition’s attempts at a breakout.

They're basically paying us to take Kreider by offering a former 1st, who's NHL ready, for Frederic who's value is closer to a 2nd.
