Why haven't they brought Lysell or Merkulov up for more than a cup of coffee ☕?

What are they waiting for?

That is an honest question.
I think they want lysell to chip pucks deep and stop stick handling into two/three players.

I feel like merkulov needs a look. They might not like his mobility and size. He is really effective on the pp in providence. 29th in the league in pp you would think they would be calling him up…

Is Lysell *still* doing that? I keep hearing this sort of thing. They may simply believe that he hasn't progressed, or refuses to try, in a very basic sense.

What else could it be?

The Merkulov business seems like...

I don't know.

Given where they are, finding out what they have in this player Is logical, common sense.

I want the Bruins to lose and keep losing, as profit or lack thereof is the only language ownership understands. The ATM has to malfunction before significant change occurs.

Even so, in the meantime, their handling of Merkulov is odd if not exasperating.

Merkulov, lysell and brunet have chemistry. Lysell dinged the post after a beautiful feed from merkulov.

Old habits are hard to kill. I haven’t seen him do it tonight. Tonight I’m only half paying attention sadly.

Get the Caps to throw in a 2nd as well 😆

It won’t happen, of course…..but Ovi isn’t getting any younger and sometimes you’ve got to strike while the iron is hot.

Maybe I’m underestimating them, but I don’t think the Caps as presently constituted win the East.

But add in a Marchand, maybe a Coyle, Carlo or even a Zacha (not that I want him moved) and that moves the needle a bit.

You’ve gotta give to get.

They’ll give to get but they’re not going to give Leonard up. He’ll play in the playoffs for them this year.

They stand pat I will flood social media 20 hrs per day saying Fire them :sarcasm: They have UFAs to be that have to go if not signed.
I can hear it now, "we decided to keep our free agents and use them as our own adds." Can't remember the logic/wording but that would be the worse thing for them to do. 100% standing pat is pure laziness and fear.
