I think the 200 games marker is a pretty good benchmark. Which, once again a is a 25% chance for a 2nd rounder.

That 200 games doesn’t count what type of player, just that they lasted long enough to play almost two and half seasons. If you play that many games at the NHL level you probably found a way to be a useful player in some capacity.

Here's a good place to remind everyone that Mike Sullivan is a career minus player and only had one season (barely) on the right side of that (admittedly often dubious) line. Funny that he places outsized emphasis on "play away from the puck" considering he evidently sucked at it.

The organization has like 2-3 more goalies than they need. Murashov, Larsson and Gauthier all deserve AHL time. Blomqvist could be an NHL backup right now.

Trade Nedjelkovic, call up Blomqvist to the NHL and run with Larsson, Gauthier and Murashov in the AHL.

I'm watching the game myself, I don't see it as egregious as the refs, it was ill advised but I don't see it as grounds for a major. He could just as easily got hurt himself.

He did seem a little smug afterwards though, not a fan of that.

Apparently he’s corrected them that he prefers Yagger.
