Wags was a cigarette machine in his prime. Curious how he looks now

Honestly down for anything else than Olofsson at 4C. I’m hoping that’s what the Wagner call-up is at least. Cause Olofsson is just a dude. Not someone you want permanently in your lineup. So maybe they’re just trying him in that spot.

Well, that answers that

Fair enough. Enjoy eternal mediocrity Columbus. Not sure why Davidson still has a job anyway. One of the most overrated hockey execs ever.

Pretending like they can turn this team into a contender without selling off pieces for assets is just a con to make fans feel like it's right around the corner, so he can keep his job.

Going to be impressive if he can talk their owner into letting him stay after this year with his record.

12 out of 17 years as President, his team's have missed the playoffs, include his last 5 in a row.

He's won a total of 11 playoff games in 17 years.

He's only had 1 good regular season team in 17 years, somehow finishing 4th overall in 2016-17, before losing in the first round in 5 games.

I know we’re all down on RyJo, but he’s on pace to out produce the likes of Marc Andre Cliche, Sheldon Dries and Kiviranta. Maybe things aren’t as bad as we think with RyJo.

Edit: He might even out produce the mighty Tyler Arnason

We're truly beyond dumpster diving if we're recalling a guy that couldn't cut it 8 years ago when we were a garbage fire

A dumpster fire that can recall a 32 year old veteran of 360 regular season games, and 59 playoff games? A player that's eats up around 11-12 minutes a night? A player that wins close to 50% of his face-offs? A player that's mostly played on the 4th line and has scored over 70+ points?

I'll take that, thanks.

I love it!

Reminds me of when the Avs social team listed JT Compher as sixth overall in the league in faceoff percentage, but then when you looked at the fine print it was among players that had 1600 faceoffs on the season and there were only 6 total players in the entire league who had that many, so when you put two and two together, you realized that Compher was the worst high-volume faceoff taker in the league.

Lol I know this is most likely sarcasm, but it's actually kind of sad that we are having to compare RyJo to some of the worst players the Avs have had.

I've never seen a guy who does so little get completely gassed after 10-15 seconds of his shift. It's utterly remarkable that a guy like MacDermid is in significantly better shape.

The guy is one of the five worst players in the NHL today.
