The last two games aren’t fluky; they were really strong games.

I haven’t enjoyed games like this since 2005-06.

As close to a perfect game as possible. Especially since it was against a rival.

3 Stars:

1. Pionk (loved him on the PP, drove offense tonight, and made a ton of good defensive plays, also shut Barzal down)
2. Kreider (complete game, physical as well)
3. Georgiev (would be 1st, but the shots he faced weren’t too difficult)

HM: Chytil (made lots of nice plays), ADA (couple mistakes, but I love the way he drove offense tonight, and he played good defense), Zibanejad (steady game), Shattenkirk (I hate on him a lot, but he made some nifty plays tonight), Hayes (had a good game and a filthy, lazy goal), basically everyone except for Jesper Fast.

Yes, but its like a dream that seems like a nightmare, because you woke up. I just aint buying in. This is wrong, impressive but wrong. Are we THAT GOOD? Or, were the Islanders THAT BAD? Omg, i am so confused and wish i could put up a John Travolta thing....

I like seeing the guys having fun. I know after a win it's supposed to be fun, but the team just seems to have a different vibe this year. And I like the Kreider is really emerging as a leader, it seems.

Good for Georgi, especially with his old man in attendance.

I know Chytil get a lot of attention recently, but What a game by Chris Kreider - we can`t move him sign him up for rest of his career for us Rangers!!

Kreider is showing the aspects of his game that people have been expecting for years.

We got to the point where it was said that 30-35 goals wasn’t a fair expectation for him and I think he’s showing that it really wasn’t out of line.

Kreider is showing just how dangerous of a player he can be if all the pieces come together and a coach finds a way to get the most out of him.

When he was a prospect, we talked about how dangerous he could be if things fell into place. Well, this is the result. He’s dangerous.

Kreider drives play better than any other Ranger when he wants to period. Hopefully Chytil will match that with some others as well in the near future.

Its not just this game. They are 9-1-1 in last 11. Enjoy it.
