Am I the only want who doesn't remotely want Mikko Rantanen back? He had some great years, but has completely shown his ass in the last few months - he priced himself out of Colorado, hasn't played up to what he thinks he's worth, and the replacement pieces are looking even better

Rantanen declining ~$100m offers from three teams while leaving himself open for injury without a contract next year is pretty risky. A bad injury could see him lose out on more than Klingberg.

I have no f***ing clue what he has in mind. He turned down 8 year deals from 3 contenders including one in the East and one with low taxes.

He's going to get a 7 year deal from someone else this summer but WTF is he doing/expecting?
