People said Coyle was lazy when he was traded here and for all his faults I'm not sure if ever use lazy to describe him. You could be right just saying 26 year olds can figure out the effort side of the game.
No never lazy, he just never produced as a top line player. Middlestadt I watch a lot because I like Colorado and he does not impress me at all

McKeen’s 2024-25 Yearbook - Zellers was a challenging prospect for NHL teams to evaluate in his draft year. He excelled at the Hlinka/Gretzky Cup and with Shattucks, showcasing high-end skill, vision, and competitiveness. His ability to consistently find the net and problem-solve is evident, but his NHL projection is complicated by his skating. Zellers relies on his hands and spatial awareness rather than dynamic speed. Although he’s agile and explosive on his edges, allowing him to exploit poor defensive coverage and cut into the slot, he isn’t as effective in linear skating. His quick release means he doesn’t need much space to score. However, there are questions about his overall skill level. If he can enhance his athleticism and physical tools over the next few years at North Dakota, his offensive abilities could make him a valuable complementary player in the NHL.

Boy Carolina runs the risk of being losers here. Lost Guentzel last year after trading for him and not being able to get him signed. Dealt Necas. Same drill again with Rantanen, traded for him, couldn't sign him, flipped him. Has to be damaging their credibility with big ticket players. They came away with some good assets in these moves but they are supposed to be contending now.

I would like Kolesar, obviously not as the main piece. Doubt they do it though they love him out there
They need him for the playoffs. Can stay in the lineup during the playoffs and handle the face wash stuff well enough. He'd be nice to have but probably the wrong time for VGK to deal him. Guess you never know.

Yeah for sure, just what I would want. Wouldn’t expect it to come to fruition

Unsure why so many hate Vegas.

Add in Marchand and Goucher and they along with Colorado are my top choices.
Because the league bent over backwards for them from day one. If any other team had pulled the same bs they have, they would have been fined and docked picks. Add in that their "fans" are more obnoxious than Toronto.
