Wow, I like that, getting Mittelstadt. I fully admit that he needs to get his act together and take some steps forward. But it makes the team younger and faster. If he can progress at all in Boston, this looks like a great trade. At least it is taking a fairly big swing.

If Vegas is the only option i'd rather just re-sign Marchand. They have absolutely nothing in their system of value due to them constantly shipping pieces out.

I wouldn't Alexander Holtz in a deal. Whitecloud is kind of interesting, but I don't know that VGK would move him. Keegan Kolesar plays a heavy game, but I think they just signed him to an extension earlier this season. Tuomas Uronen - ripping up the OHL with 81pts in 55gp

Unless there's something else, I hate it. I kind of get it, but the idea of moving Coyle was to have money for premier talent, not spending nearly 6 mil on a 3rd line guy.

This you get a little younger but the underlying issue is exactly the same.

Coyle doesn't add what the Bruins need at this point.

Colorado absolutely improves.

Question is about that Middelsted- if he is another 3rd line overpaid project then it may not be so good for Boston.
