I think it was more the other guy wasn't read/off balance as it didn't seem that huge, but he flew and smashed into the boards awkwardly.

still for a 5'7 forward he still showed something with the hit, unless it was just a one off, as I haven't seen that much of him yet.

I believe that's Corey Pronman, not Wheeler. I always take Pronman & Wheeler takes with a grain of salt, but Pronman's mock draft usually has good insights from executives and scouts.​
