Phil Housley neved played an ounce of defense in his NHL career. He didnt have to as an all world offensive defenseman. Not exactly the guy you want coaching a defense.

Peca is exactly the type of player we'd need, so not sure why he's floundered as a coach. The guy was a terrific 3rd line center and captain.

Lavy, at this point, it's over. Same run of always playing the vets no matter what.

Something is seriously wrong with Mika. Pointless and a -8 in his last eight (-22 total) is such an amazing stat for a supposed 1C.

We are at a point that not a single defenseman on this team can effectively defend at all, no one.

Defense is effort, communication, and structure. The team defense is completely dysfunctional and it's time to stop just pointing it at the latest whipping boy. Housley has got to go, but in the interests of the draft please keep him till the end of the season!
