I hadn't followed and realize we were up 3-2 and allowed a goal with 3 seconds left.lol

Brutal, but last year sucked more. That team should have and I am convinced would have won gold if it wasn't for that random ass last second goal.

This year just felt off right from the beginning and even if the Czech team managed to advance, I think it would have been another 4th place, which might be even more annoying than this choke job.

And you know what, since the tournament wasn't available for public unless you paid a ridiculous price, I don't even care. A potential success at Hlinka, where we can actually see the games, would be much preferred.

I would've happily paid $10 for the whole tournament. I will say though, the ones going on in Europe right now are all free and have good streams.

I'd register this tournament as a disaster for us. Amazingly, we were about 2 seconds away from the Semi finals. What a shitshow.

The USA should’ve won the U18’s, but Connelly is a total idiot. Maybe the dumbest and most consequential penalty I’ve ever seen in hockey. Hlinka is always Canada.

USA still has the big tournament (U20) after Canada’s worst showing in a long time, so still some bragging rights for us.
