I def don’t believe that the Ertz signing precludes a drafted TE. It’s a decent class for TE’s, wrt some raw talent (I like the kid from PSU….Johnson, and the kid from Minn …Spann-Ford, as well as the FSU TE …Bell). Lots of guys you can take on day 3.

And while they're at it, watch Jameis Winston or Sam Bradford throw a million TDs in college and compare him to Drake Maye.

If someone can't tell the difference between pure TD count, and ability to read and manipulate defenses, move within the pocket, and operate under pressure, then maybe leave the scouting opinions to others, and just enjoy the end results.

Buffalo just released seemingly half their team including Jordan Poyer and Mitch Morse. Morse, notably, played a few seasons for new OL Coach Bobby Johnson and was a Pro Bowler in 2022. He'll be 32 at the start of next season so I wouldn't want a long-term deal but I think a 2-3 year deal would be real solid.
