This team is WC at best without him.
Too bad he can't figure it out post season , not just this year either
Deserved win. The only thing with him is he and the team need to figure out his workload for the regular season. He's not a young player any longer and he's fallen flat each of the last two playoffs. Take off another 5 plus games and I think he's more fresh in the post season. It did wonders for Bob in Florida.

Exactly, people are weighing his last two appearances too heavily. He's shown he can be elite in the playoffs as well.

The past means nothing in sports, it's what have you done for me latley and lately he hasn't been good in the PO's!
He was great in 17-18, great against Edmonton. Other than that mid to one of the worst GA showings of all time.

It's almost as if goaltending performance is highly influenced by luck over small sample sizes and you can't make an assessment based on one playoff series.It was this year and last year. Prior to that:

Was the awards ceremony televised in the US? I must have missed that.
But if televised, I’m glad Helle got to go on stage (you know, the traditional way) to accept his award, unlike Covid Vezina, which really sucked for all the winners.

Eta: I just saw a clip online of his acceptance speech. I have no comment on that since it’s the usual stuff you hear…but I came here to say that you think Helle could afford a suit that fits!
