Zucker hasn’t been himself this year. Very disappointing
I'd take a chance on Zucker if the price is cheap enough. 50% retention would probably be a need, as well, assuming we're looking to make more than one move.

Dude is an absolute PITA when he's on his game. I'd gamble a bit on him finding his game away from that cesspool in Arizona.

Pretty confident if Guentzel comes here that he would not be a rental. He would likely be extended. Looking at what Drury is building, he would be a perfect fit for the style of player he covets.

Would be shocked if he parted with someone like Othmann for a rental player
Signing another 30 year old to a long term deal is pretty cringe

While giving up really good assets for. Also someone who has played with one of the best centers in the history of the game.
Will We ever learn?

Is that dope Pagnotta trustworthy? Says the rangers are willing to move Kakko and a 1st for Guentzel (duh) and that Boston could move debrusk for cap space. Not a bad option either.

He's going to Tampa most likely
was hoping he would avoid the two florida teams because a very good probability we will be playing them in the playoffs.

I mean he is on NHL radio all the time and doesn't he have his own site called the 4th period or something like that?

If Debrusk is truly available then he should be our number one target. A 1st, Sykora and Jones for Debrusk.

Florida looks pretty damn good. Then again, they looked pretty damn good two years ago and then they added Giroux.

But I don't see them falling flat in the playoffs after visiting the finals.

I dont see the Rangers going big game hunting. Think its just going to be modest players returned for minimal costs. I do however see all the other contenders going shopping.

Boston is on the clock now. The Atlantic is gonna come down to those two. Boston is gonna have to get creative and get better in the next 2 days.

Panarin is the age Messier was when he won the cup here and the entire team core minus Fox is in their 30s.

So yeah, we only have a couple more seasons of this before you have to re-imagine the roster.
Drury is in a tough spot. We would have to bleed the farm dry to actually address all of the issues with our roster and really "go for it" with this core. Personally, I don't think we're good enough to warrant that, and I don't trust our vets to be able to "flip the switch" come playoff time. I think I'd rather shop the bargain bin and see if we get lucky come playoff time, rather than mortgage the future.

It's like some of you people want to give all our assets away. There's no way Debrusk is worth all that, especially if Boston is looking to move him for cap purposes. We should be paying less in that situation, not more.
