Again we played all year without an NHL 3rd line center. Not a few weeks. Not a few months. ALL YEAR

Our top line is not a line. It is two players. Mika and Kreider have not had a RW1 all year. Kakkos first 20 games were absolutely embarrassing and he’s proven he’s a third liner. Wheeler a corpse. So while other teams have actual first line right wingers. Our top line played short handed all year. Again not weeks or months ALL YEAR

So we struggle at 5 on 5. Hmm wonder why.

Drury is going to give us 3 legit NHL lines in the next 48 hours. Then we can judge.

To be very clear the Rangers have been playing literally without an NHL caliber 3C all season. I mean all season. We’ve had Bonino and brodzinski. to say this isn’t a massive upgrade is insane. This is a legit nhl top 3 centerman.

500+ more games than Brodzinski and a year younger. Yep.

He's really a replacement for Chytil although he doesnt shoot at all. Better defensively. That will help in the playoffs.

As mentioned hes been put in a large role for Seattle. Averaged over 19 min in the playoffs last season thru 2 full rounds. This is a top 6 player that will be slotted into the 3C role (hopefully), with the ability to play up if needed.

lol no it's not the RW's problem with Zibanejad and Kreider, it's them. They need to figure it out or be broken up.
