Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version. Click Here for Updates

Also, Pacioretty is still really effective on the powerplay.

Wheeler and patches are very different. Wheeler still has his big body and play making as you slowed down. Patches is a scorer that doesn't forecheck and that has seen his offensive game decline with injuries. Wheeler does more off of scoring the puck. Patches primarily scores the puck in his career but he's not that player anymore
His injuries concern me. Seem to injury prone lately. Rather go after someone who is not as old or injury prone.

Just said this previously. I feel like the people complaining about patches is bc of the injury and bc they haven’t watched him lately. It takes time to come back from this injury and getting him for nothing when he can be a good piece for us on pp2 and extra scoring. He will be better come playoff time too

Wennberg and Pacioretty are good cheap adds. Might even see an extension depending on play. Ruhwedel is small and not good, but I understand why he was added.

But pp2 isn't a shooter away from being effective, there's literally nobody on that unit to run the power play or QB it. That's why they look so disjointed all the time. Patches doesn't fix that part

No but it helps to have actual nhl talent and scorers on the 2nd unit bc there is no1 to fear on pp2
