Sucks that they only had to trade one roster player. I mean Bunting is a 20 goal scorer and 50 point guy but was hoping maybe Jarvis or Necas would go the other way.

Guentzel will torture us in round 2 but we’re still better than the Canes. They don’t have a Fox, Panarin or Igor
And I am sure Dubas asked for them. I know CD gets a lot of shit but glad he held on to our top prospects.
If this was the true Sather era Gabe and two firsts would been gone for Guentzel the rental.

If they traded Othmann level guys I’m fine with bowing out but if it’s a couple Robertson’s and Sykora’s I’d say we should’ve done it. On to the next though he’s not the only option

You are still holding onto that aren't you? He was horrible last year but had 16 points in 20 games the year before and has 46 in 57 career playoff games. He's also having a great year.

I agree with GAP here, honestly. I will give Panarin all of the accolades in the world for the season he’s having but until this same play style and aggressiveness translates into the playoffs I personally won’t let him off the hook.
