16 in 20 is poor for someone who is a 1.15 ppg player in the RS for his career.

I haven't liked what I've seen out of him recently either, looks like last years guy. Im hoping that once he hits his 100 points they start to give him nights off.

I like the idea of resting guys with our new found depth once we add a RW. We won’t play the canes until round 2 and will be favored in any possible first round matchup

16 in 20 is not poor in the playoffs. The guy has 7 points in his last 4 games and has looked just fine to me.

I agree with GAP here, honestly. I will give Panarin all of the accolades in the world for the season he’s having but until this same play style and aggressiveness translates into the playoffs I personally won’t let him off the hook.

I very much hope you’re right but to me the points mean absolutely nothing. It’s the atrocious turnovers, the lack of effort, and the unwillingness to attack and shoot that drove me up a wall.

Give me this regular season Panarin in the post season and I’ll forgive him of his past performances. Even if he has 3 points in 10 games it would suck but I just want the effort from him, that’s what was lacking for me.

I think we will see plenty of effort. He's been great this year and has something to prove in the playoffs after last year. Not worried about that at all.
