Corbin Burnes watch,, can he break out of his funk and pitch a decent game?

He was dancing around trouble as usual but he can't handle Johnny Deluca.. who can really?

The Phillies were impressed very quickly by Seth Johnson, who they got in the Gregory Soto trade, they fast tracked him as fast as they could.

10-0 Marlins

The Phillies are only going to split with this Marlins team that is close to an AAA team currently. Nola couldn't even make it 5 against them yesterday.

Braves have 3 outs to avoid an awful loss the Jays.

Mets in a 1-1 tie.

Chad Green's rough week continues, Braves have quickly tied it.

Verlander, unfortunately, has looked cooked since coming back from injury. We've been running the 6 man rotation to accommodate his return but it looks bad so far. If this is the end then so be it. The man is a legend and can walk right into the Hall after he hangs them up. These last few starts of his have been hard to watch. This man should be left off any potential first round /WC roster this year.

Vladdy exits the NYM-TOR game with an apparent ankle or lower leg injury. Mets lead 1-0. Braves tail 1-0 going to bottom of 9th.

Diaz closes it out, Reds win.

Kody Clemens walks it off for the Phillies after Estevez blows the save and Bryce Harper had to leg out a single after thinking he hit his first home run in a month.

In case you are wondering for tiebreakers:

Mets-Braves season series tied 5-5 (2nd last series of season is in Atlanta between these 2 teams)

Diamondbacks-Padres season series tied 5-5 (last series of season is in Arizona between these 2 teams)

Padres won season series 4-3 over Braves.

Mets won season series 5-2 over Padres.

Braves won season series 5-2 over D-Backs.

Mets won season series 4-3 over D-Backs.

In short, Arizona has to stay 1 game ahead of NYM and ATL.

Mets still play the Phillies 7 times, that's going to decide what happens
