I thought he said he could be done but will look at everything?CMac said he’s not done yet so there will be more moves coming I’m sure. There is plenty of cap space to pick up 2 or 3 more pieces including a goalie
That is quite a bit of cap space remaining
That’s a standard answer. He was asked during the game yesterday by the TNT crew if it was safe to say he wasn’t done making moves, he said I think so. He’s gonna look around and see what else he can doI thought he said he could be done but will look at everything?

Per capfriendly the roster below has $7.5m in capspace with 19 spots filled. Assuming Landeskog joins for the playoffs to make it 20, that effectively leaves $7.5m to allocate towards a 4C, 3LHD, and 2G. to round out a 23 man roster. Needless to say there's tonnes of cap flexibility here should CMac decide to get aggressive.Nuke + Kovy for the 2 remaining roster spots to bring us to 23.
Kiviranta or Wagner
Jones
Annunen
out/down if we bring in 4C, 6D and 2G replacements.
That would be great. While everyone is focusing in on Guentzel, watch CMac swoop in and get Buchnevich
Yeah, they spoke to him at the start of 2nd or 3rd period. By TNT crew I mean the announcers not the panel at the studioThe TNT crew spoke to MacFarland?
I watched the whole game on TNT and must have missed that. Only saw him speak at the press conference.
yeah Avs are spinning in circles. All this could have been prevented if they just kept Kadri lol.We definitely need another LD.
Watching it made me wonder how he gets any trades done. The way he talks puts you to sleep.Yeah, they spoke to him at the start of 2nd or 3rd period.
He probably bores the hell out of the other GMs until they give up and say ok ok ok, you can have the playerWatching it made me wonder how he gets any trades done. The way he talks puts you to sleep.

I think it was at the very start of the 2nd that they had him in the booth - maybe only 2 or 3 minutes of game time“If this ends up being all that we do, we feel that we’re better today than we were yesterday, but we’re going to leave no stone unturned and see what the next 48 hours hold,” MacFarland said.

I mean Sakic wasn't much betterHe probably bores the hell out of the other GMs until they give up and say ok ok ok, you can have the player
I don't know how this is even a question TBH. In a long playoff run we should use at least 8 different dmen.
Right now JJ is #6, that's a no-no.

Roy loves him, he's not going anywhere. Also too expensive for what we're looking for.Romanov but the Isles are getting in and will be hard to beat
Chabot would be nice but impossible. Unless we can trade them Mikko and add GuentzelI wonder if we’re interested in Chychrun?
