Boy oh boy that Chernyoshov is impressive. He’s big, strong, fast, skilled and plays the game hard. Charges at the net.

Michael Brandsegg-Nygård brings the energy!
I’m pretty certain we’ll be in the lottery. I’m thinking 8th to 10th best odds, or thereabouts. Wouldn’t it be nice to finally win it when we didn’t tank to do so?Kind of bittersweet they most likely won’t be in a position for the lottery this year…those Demidov highlights are pretty fun to watch.
Oh yeah, I just meant as far as having a chance at the #1 or 2 pick. Seems unlikely but pulling a rabbit out of a hat and moving up like 5-6 spots like some of these teams do once in a while would be pretty amazing. Michkov probably will be pretty awesome…but what can you do? Easy to say right now, but I would probably take a slightly inferior player with higher character every time. If the talent gap is larger then it’s probably worth the risk…I’m pretty certain we’ll be in the lottery. I’m thinking 8th to 10th best odds, or thereabouts. Just dumb lucking our way into Demidov would really take the sting out of the pain we’re about to feel regarding Michkov.
It’s a ten spot move up. So if you win from that range you’re going all the way up to top two.I must be thinking of when they went from #5 up to #2 in 2022. I was thinking it was more spots than that though for some reason. Maybe I was mixing it up with that NYR 2020 move. Absolutely crazy to go from 12 to 1. I’d be thrilled picking somewhere around 10-12th and moving up to 5-6th. You can’t say AZ isn’t due for it for sure
Oh right, thanks. Forgot that detail. It’s a ten spot move up. So if you win from that range you’re going all the way up to top two.
Don’t look now:
But it’s a little tricky…
EDIT:
Quick Note: This website sucks.
Thanks for the tip.Fixed it for you…. One more thing to edit is to delete everything from the “?” on in the link.
And don’t blame this site… blame Elon for his obsession to a Sesame Street letter.
Watch all the way to the end for a HHOF cameo as he scores a KHL goal at age 16:
So watching these goal highlights, what you don’t see is how much he loves contact and is always looking for a chance to finish a check. Hard-nosed player.
Could definitely see a top ten pick, here. Based on the (so far) relatively small sample of games I’ve watched. I’d probably have him behind Leonard and But, while maybe being ahead of Wood, Barlow, and Honzek. A lot of that is projection because I’m watching his D-1. A lot can change this season, of course. But I do see the makings of a top prospect.
