Honestly, what would the next GM do? $49 mill left to eat on Rodgers cap charges as they paid him $75 mill to date and only have taken $26 mill in cap charges. He's due another $35 mill option bonus which is not guaranteed, but needs to be excercised in the off-season. Does the new GM walk away from A-Rod?

Reddick walks in the off-season, so eligible for a comp pick if they didn't add any new term on his deal. Adams, would need to cut him unless they can agree to restructure the $36 mill base he is due in 2025 (not eligible for a comp pick if cut). IMO depends what pick they end up with. Belichick isn't going to join a team with major question marks at QB. He'll want them to either have a good QB in place or be in position to draft one.

If I am a young, ambitious coordinator, no way in hell I am even considering Cowboys.

the way kids transfer nowadays he could be 103 and probably be at the school longer than half the recruiting class

Mack Brown wasn't going to keep up with NIL. Same with all of these other older coaches who have been at this level for the length guys like him have and can't fall back on the prestige of the program.

That was so bad. Have to call the TO given the inexperience at QB and OC. You needed a FG to tie. If you FG unit isn't capable of running onto the field and getting setup within 20 seconds, you've failed as a coaching staff.

Yea, call a TO with 30 seconds left, throw a 10 yard cross and rush the kick team.

Also that’s on top of spending a TO to avoid a delay of game in a two minute drill which is just insane in and of itself.

Bears coach Matt Eberflus said he didn't call Chicago's last timeout in the final seconds of Thursday's game because he was conserving it to set up a field goal attempt.

"I like what we did there," Eberflus said. "Again, once it's under seven (seconds), you're going to call a timeout there - actually under 12 and then really you don't have an option because it's third to fourth, you have to throw it into the end zone then.
