They're never winning a title with him anyway imo, the roster is too f***ing elite + conference sucks too much for the Eagles not to make the playoffs. Sirianni was only ever getting fired if a playoff disaster class happens. If they lose in the wild card again and look bad doing it like the Bucs playoff game year, he's gone.
I don't know why they can't. They don't have the best roster, but the whole conference is set up in a scramble, and hope the sub-boss Lions have a bad day. It's a bye week and any given sunday after that.

Eberflus can GTFO now
That ship sailed in-season. Same with Sirianni, though I don't think that was ever serious.

Mike McCarthy probably has 1-2 more losses and he’s probably gone. Dak getting injured might be a blessing though. Cooper runs the offence better

There is no reason for Jerry to fire him midseason

There is no magical solution to turn team around or potentially turn team around. And only time he fired a coach in season in his life was because he had his planned replacement already in house (Garrett)

Dennis Allen is gone which makes no sense. Cannot salvage this season. Just let him tank.

Tried to warn you Dennis Allen was not a good coach. He didn't do anything of note with Las Vegas nee Oakland and he didn't do anything with the Saints.

Well fine, he had them hovering around 500 last year.

Good coordinator, shit coach.

It's pretty apparent that Eberflus has lost the locker-room
Is there anyone outside of the Bears ownership that didn’t think bringing him back was a terrible idea? Now Caleb will be on a second coach and a new offense heading into year two. You gotta try to match up timelines. Drafting a new QB is exactly when you hire a new coach. Grow together. Keep some consistency. Give it your best shot

Bowles and the rest of the defensive staff can't be fired fast enough. Their ineptitude has cost the Bucs from likely being at least 7-3 right now. Instead, the season is over and Bowles remains somehow.

He's not thinking he can keep the job, is he?

Mike Norvell better hope Colorado doesn’t win the Big 12

He’d be fired right now if it wasn’t for his buyout which is around $64 million

He'll get another year based on the buyout price and some goodwill from last year but this won't be acceptable going forward.

IDC how much talent they lost, no reason to be below .500, let alone of the worst teams in the nation.
