You mean Aaron Rodgers fired Joe Douglas, another scapegoat for Rodgers.
Honestly, what would the next GM do? $49 mill left to eat on Rodgers cap charges as they paid him $75 mill to date and only have taken $26 mill in cap charges. He's due another $35 mill option bonus which is not guaranteed, but needs to be excercised in the off-season. Does the new GM walk away from A-Rod?

Reddick walks in the off-season, so eligible for a comp pick if they didn't add any new term on his deal. Adams, would need to cut him unless they can agree to restructure the $36 mill base he is due in 2025 (not eligible for a comp pick if cut). But, without A-Rod, there is no reason for him to sign with the Jets.

Extend Rodgers and hire Mike McCarthy

Doug Pederson is definitely gone.
Mike McCarthy is definitely gone.

I'd say Zac Taylor is a dead man walking if he was coaching any other franchise. Lou Anarumo will probably fall on the sword there.

Daboll might get chance to pick his own QB.

After Sanders and Ward it drops. Ten/Jax likely knock each out out of last place should they split their season series.

Then it’s hoping one of Cleveland or LV win a game.

maybe a full circle return to the Giants

IMO depends what pick they end up with. Belichick isn't going to join a team with major question marks at QB. He'll want them to either have a good QB in place or be in position to draft one.

If I am a young, ambitious coordinator, no way in hell I am even considering Cowboys.

There's only 32 top jobs in the league, you'd be stupid not to take it. No guarantee you'll ever be offered another one. The pay is a bonus too.

And it is The Dallas Cowboys for one thing, and for another, for all the flack he gets Jerry is pretty loyal and fair if not overly fair to his HC's, he has only had 8 since taking the team over in 1989

The Browns have had 6 FT and one interim since the Haslams took over in 2012

& 6 of them lasted at least four seasons.
