Yeah would makes sense. When a PP is cut by the end of a period it loses value (it's almost like a free dump-in) so having the faceoff in the offensive zone to start the next period makes total sense to me.

I've seen Kuch's. I just think it was accident, by the way his stick went over the puck. Who knows. If he did that on purpose, it looks accident on slow mo...which is all the more impressive.

Yeah, it’s not the Kucherov move (Kooch makes the goalie move and open up on a clean “miss” moving laterally). Here the goalie opens up when Demi starts the toe drag but it slips off. If it was on purpose - unlikely - it’s even more impressive because it was an on the fly adjustment.

Terrific shift nonetheless.
