Remember when Couturier had to ask for proper usage?
What an org
Or when TK and Ghost had to decide "nah this is stupid I'm doing what I know is best."
Really fostering skill development, I tell you whut

Don’t forget Michkov too with Torts’ Michigan quotes but he has struggled since that game so maybe he’s not just doing what he wants to do yet.Or when TK and Ghost had to decide "nah this is stupid I'm doing what I know is best."

Well at least they won;t add a two this time to trade players.Future team President St. Scott of Laughton will be extended, not traded
Future developmental Coach Ristolainen will not be traded, he will simply retire as a Flyer with his non playoff streak intact.
But don’t worry, Frost will be dealt for a 4th in March and Farabee will packaged with that 4th, have half his contract retained, and moved for a late 2nd at the draft
He’s among the next to go, whatever he’s supposed to be, he was slowed by a neck injury and had the ADR that Jack Eichel had, but Torts didn’t want him to use it as an excuse, so they haven’t been in the same page.I’m an outsider wondering about Farabee. I haven’t watched many Flyers games this season but in the games I’ve watched he seemed more tentative than I’ve seen him before, like he’s gripping his stick too tight and has lost confidence.
I really thought that he would at least replicate last year’s production and likely improve on it. But he has only 6 goals and it’s almost halfway through the season. What’s up with him? Have you lost hope in him turning out to be the player he projected to be early in his career?
Farabee has passing skill but he's really just an OK/Meh player. He's not super smart, he's not fast, he's not big, and he's not elusive enough to get himself open. On a line with a dominant centre and a really fast RW, he could play the set up man role. Otherwise, he's never been noticable.I’m an outsider wondering about Farabee. Torts likes to hang his hat on being able to fluff up below average players like Cates, Poehling, Seeler, et al. What he never wants to get into is how he has wrecked the performance of good players like Farabee, Cates and the like. He just wrecks first round draft choices. Must be jealousy. He’s among the next to go, whatever he’s supposed to be, he was slowed by a neck injury and had the ADR that Jack Eichel had, but Torts didn’t want him to use it as an excuse, so they haven’t been in the same page.
Foerster, Tippett, TK are all 1st rd picks, how come they're thriving under Torts?Torts likes to hang his hat on being able to fluff up below average players like Cates, Poehling, Seeler, et al. Lol at trying to give credit of TK's success to Torts
My mistake here. I meant Farabee, Frost and other first roundersTorts likes to hang his hat on being able to fluff up below average players like Cates, Poehling, Seeler, et al. How could I forget!Remember he turned Martin St. Louis into Martin St. Louis
Of course he is, he hit the rookie wall.Michkov is a worse player than he was in october. That is really the only thing fact needed to know whatba disaster this is.
Foerster, Tippett, TK are all 1st rd picks, how come they're thriving under Torts?
This is clearer when we understand that "rebuilding" refers to the culture, not the roster. This team is really going to keep laughton and risto and pretend they are rebuilding.
Well at least they won;t add a two this time to trade players.
I didn't say Torts made TK, my point was he didn't ruin 1st rd picks. It has nothing to do with Tortorella.
There are literally hundreds of first round picks who have thrived in the league and did not play under your God Emperor, you know that right?
Well , Jett and Bonk being the most recent, don't get your hopes up !!!Just comes down to this draft. If they hit 3 of the top 6 picks with a 1C and a 1D we are in business. Anything less than that, I likely sign off for another decade or more.
Something good happens: Torts did it.
Something bad happens: *Shrugs* The universe or something, I don't know.
Top 6 C would be fine, as would a top 4 D-man. And two other solid prospects.Just comes down to this draft. If they hit 3 of the top 6 picks with a 1C and a 1D we are in business. Anything less than that, I likely sign off for another decade or more.
