TT is probably the best 3rd wheel to try with Dickinson and Bedard. Even on his off wing he probably has the best combo of being defensively responsible and offensive potential.

I think it could yeah.I’ll bet Bedard with Dickinson will work.
I’ll bet Bedard with Dickinson will work.
I can see that working, Anderson makes no sense to me.I’ll bet Bedard with Dickinson will work.
The coach took TT off of Bedards wing because of a couple of bad games. Bertuzzi still hasn't got a look with him outside of their pitiful preseason. It just doesn't make sense that you bring in these 2 guys and neither of them are consistently playing with Bedard. No one on the Hawks including Bedard is playing at a 60 point pace. This is crazy. Tuevo looked awesome to start the year what the hell happened to him, 8 points in 18 games? Bertuzzi with 6? Kurashev and Reichel probably have their career’s in the balance pretty quickly and can’t get on the scoreboard.
Some/a lot of this could be LuRich’s coaching but these guys are not living up to expectations. I expected Bedard to be closer to having 20-25 points after 18 games based on his hype but now he’s regressing. Our free agent acquisitions were supposed to alleviate the load for CB98 and haven’t done anything.
With Anderson?I’ll bet Bedard with Dickinson will work.
No I’m sorry, we can’t.We could try Bertuzzi for once. Him and Dickinson played together for Guelph
I actually don't agree with that.Anderson is an AHL talent that shouldn't be on NHL roster to begin with
One of the reason(s) Bedard isn't generating offense is that he doesn't start with the puck (faceoffs) and when they don't have it, they struggle to get it back.
It makes sense to put him on the wing and with Dickinson. Could they play Teuvo at LW with them? Probably, and it probably makes sense, but Anderson is a better puck retrieval guy than Teuvo and they just need Bedard to have the puck. He hasn't had it enough.
KD overrated both of them, as well as Brodie, and with the recent comment from Luke it makes me wonder if the coach and GM are on the same page. The coach took TT off of Bedards wing because of a couple of bad games. I'm sorry to say it, but at this point anyway, Bedard and Crosby should not be spoken of in the same sentence. Even if Bedard does eventually reach his potential, the two players are entirely different in style of play.I don't think faceoffs is a significant reason. Crosby never started with the puck early in his career, neither did McDavid. The Hawks aren't playing him with their most talented players and the Hawks also can't break the puck out 5 on 5. The inability to transition the puck has been a problem for years here, from Colliton now to Richardson. If our D can't get the pucks to the forwards with time and space to make plays in transition, they aren't going to create offense.
Maybe so, but they are still the 2nd and 3rd best offensive forwards on the team. Zero reason one of them (or both) shouldn't be playing with Bedard consistently.KD overrated both of them, as well as Brodie, and with the recent comment from Luke it makes me wonder if the coach and GM are on the same page.
absolutely not. I am done with wrong side of 30 players who no longer have the juice. Brock Nelson is 33Brock Nelson seems like a priority.
