It really isn’t interesting. It’s well know that Canada never sends their best team to the u-18 tournament as they’re missing a bunch of players with the CHL playoffs still going on. And don’t always have everyone at the u17’s either. Also ignores the fact that the Canada players haven’t played together much if ever and the US players play together a ton through the development program.

The Canadian U18 team he’s talking about has 2 players on this U20 team, Bedard and Fantilli, so it means nothing.

The rest of the team was definitely “Swift Current heavy” there was least 5 Broncos on the team, including Josh Filmon.

Yup, he's good. I prefer Nemec's skillset and strength toolbox, but Jiricek is a very good pickup by the Blue Jackets. Their blue line is setting up almost as good as ours!
