One of the media guys needs to ask Atkins after the season why he decided to go the entire freaking season without doing anything about the offense.

Like you have premium pitching and good defense, and he couldn’t even add a bat like Candelario? What a waste of a great pitching season for the team. Guy takes contention windows for granted and settles every year on some part of the roster. This guy is the Kevin Cheveldayoff of MLB. Never screws up badly enough to get fired but always missing something with his rosters, and then eventually before you know it, the window slams shut.
