A lineup with Varsho batting in the 6th spot is not a good lineup. It's mediocre at best.No Babe Schneider but still a good lineup

Jays up 5-0 in the 2nd with homeruns from Kiermaier and Belt. The Jays don't have a single yet but have 2 homers, 2 doubles and a triple. I didn't expect this off of Greene.

Reminds me of Frank TananaI’m in complete awe of what Ryu has been able to do since coming back. For a guy his age, injury history, and pitching profile you’d think he’d be a shell of what he once was. Instead he looks just like his first season with the Blue Jays. Has only lost a little bit of fastball velocity (89.9 in 2020 vs 89.1 now). Has a feel of for all his pitches.
He went from a guy that I was sure had played his final game as a Blue Jay to someone I wouldn’t mind seeing back next season.

Outside of the first 2-3 innings of his first start Ryan has been pitching very well. Both runs today should not have scored. Will be interesting to see what they do in playoffs. Who go in the bullpen? Do they go with 5 starters?
I personally said this was the end of his career in his first start. Well i said might be the end. It's a forum. It's full of hot takes. Not sure why people are surprised by that. That's kind of the point of a forumRemember during that first start back when everyone around here was saying this is the end of his career?
I don't know what's the contract status of Berrios, Guzman and Bassit is but that's already 3 good pitchers. They can't give up on Manoah yet too much skills i think it's a metter of fitness more than anything. Best prospect is a pitcher who will be 22 next season. Would need to be a 1 year contract imo. It's funny I was coming to pose the question of who would entertain bringing Ryu back and what would you be willing to pay him and for how long? I don't know that we have a spot for him but it's certainly a question I didn't think id be asking
