Manoah has to fix some mechanical issues and work on his conditioning. I believe he was a pitcher who took alot of time between pitches last year and I think the pitch clock is affecting him a bit. No harm In Sending him to Buf. Only reason imo it has t been done yet is there is nobody to replace him yet which is on Atkins.

Me thinks Alek Manoah wakes up tomorrow with a sore hamstring and does an IR stint.

Add Bowden Francis to the 40-man and bring him up for a start or two.

Cheating scandal lost a lot of luster when they won the world series last year clean (at least as far as we know)

Frankly i was more disgusted with Manfred's response more than anything.
Definitely agree about Manfred's action was shameful.

Still can't stand them...my Dodgers were the team they cheated against so I'll always be salty

The scandal lost its importance because COVID happened. There were no fans for the shortened season of 2020.

The boos would have been relentless then. Even in 2021 some teams had limited attendance for the first couple months.

Just to add to what they are saying on the broadcast, get your PSA checked if you are above 40. My Dad was getting his checked for about ten years and eventually prostate cancer was detected. Surgery turned out great and it’s been three years cancer free. His was aggressive so if he wasn’t getting his checked, it likely would have been a bad outcome.

Why was Jackson pulled? He was dealing and now we’re back to murdering our bullpen in a complete blowout. Schneider legit sucks.

I went to my doctor when i turned 40, he said its too early for me. ill be 45 next year, gonna try again.

Interesting. I’m 37 and my doctor told me 40. Maybe cause it’s very prevalent in my family?
Yeah the more prevalent genetic factors appear to be, the earlier doctors recommend you for it.

Colon cancer works the same way. My uncle had it a few years ago and it got to stage 4 before being caught because he went for a colonoscopy at the recommended age rather than early because there's no history of it in the family (or any cancers at all actually)

Edit: I forgot to mention he beat it. Treatment wasn't pretty and he got a good chunk of his colon removed but he's alive and well almost 4 years later.

Oh good, an error.

All that goodwill and positivity built up after the Mets and Brewers series left with that Alvarez homer evidentially.

I would hope they don't plan on going to another bullpen arm here. This game is more than likely over.

Bo Bichette about to show Shohei how much better of a two way player he is. That or leave Bass in until his arm explodes.

Using position players to throw 4 innings in a game would be pretty unprecedented.

Bass having a 29-pitch inning wasn't ideal.

Well, at least they're using the backend of the pen i guess.

You weren't going to see Garcia or Bass in high leverage situations anyway.
