Well he's getting lot of BB so not that much of a surprise. But i'd take some power instead. Getting on base is great when you can run but Belt and Kirk are slower than my 97 years old aunt. It's him who got caught at the 2nd base while admiring his double a few days ago right? That was a big wtf was he doing moment ...
The difference between Belt and Guerrero Jr is .4 ft/sec. He's 1.3 ft/sec slower than average.

Kirk, on the other hand, is 2.7 ft/sec slower than Belt.

Video games aren't obviously the end all be all of player ratings but Kirk always makes me laugh in The Show.

Everyone has a speed rating on a scale of 1-99. Kirk clocks in at a blistering 6. Even when they give him buffed cards like for his all-star appearance last year he's lucky if he touches 20. Short mofo is tough to hit with too because of no pop and smaller strike zone. I always have to cheat if i want to run a Jays theme team and put Napoli back there instead since he was a Jay for like 23 minutes.

Only guy slower than him right now if memory serves is Miguel Cabrera with a speed rating of 5. Albert Pujols was the slowest overall last year with a speed rating of literally zero.

They're a bit kinder to Vladdy since he usually clocks in with like 45-50 speed which i think is fair because he sure as hell looks faster than he is.

Manoah looked like he was struggling out there on the mound. Sportsnet panned to him a couple of times in that top half and he looked rough conditioning wise.

To be fair to him it's hot as shit in Toronto today given there's a heat warning, but still.

Sinker too high there.

With no off days until the 12th of June they can't really afford Manoah blowing up like this
constantly.

If that's 2018 Yelich that pitch is nuked.

We’re gonna miss the playoffs and we can thank Monoah and management for continuing to allow him to pitch. He’s literally the worst pitcher in the league.

I'll be the first to say it. If Manoah gets blasted again tonight then you HAVE to do something.

The Brewers offense is objectively ass. Bottom 5 in every category (worst being a sterling .688 OPS as a team and 89 OPS+) that matters.

They should not be walking at all, they should not be as difficult as they are. Rowdy is the only guy in that lineup as it currently stands that's an actual threat at the plate.

Edit: Alright not a bad inning.

He just can't finish hitters. he's had numerous 0-2 and 1-2 counts, and just cant put them away.

Yup, it’s where the wipeout slider ended ABs in the past but simply isn’t now.
Yeah, extending at bats and a lot of full counts which inevitably turn into walks.

Yeah, I remember a breakdown earlier this season that his slider has gone from one of the better ones in the league to being a few ticks worse than league average (which makes it infinitely more hittable)

between that and the times where he broke a couple gloves last season I think Vladdy needs to have a long talk with his glove manufacturer about their quality control process.

Why the hell is the ump allowing Contreras to stand at the back like that?

Get your ass back in the on-deck circle where you're allowed.

Not a....terrible outing for Manoah. Did enough to give the team a chance but still not particularly good either.

Also holy god damn the Brewers defense sucks.

has there been a massive career implosion in recent memory that's worse than Christian Yelich? He came into the league, was good to great, had 2 MVP caliber years and then immediately fell off the cliff to be barely a replacement/bench/mediocre starter level player.
