But you only post when they lose and when they are winning, pretty telling there.
Yes they only win or lose, there are no ties.
What does that tell you?

I’m 100% a casual fan. Go to maybe 1/2 dozen games, know where they are in the standings and watch parts of games during the year. Fans like that can still post.

Feels like there’s too much focus on the Berrios move, which, yes, was obviously an awful, disgraceful move.

Agree. The bigger issue, and always has been this season, was the lack offense. Before the series, if you said the team will allow only 5 runs in the first two games against one of the better offenses since the ASB, I think most people would've gladly taken it

Something strange about this team.

Oh well, won't take them long, to get out of town and get back home to be with wife and kids.

Never getting value for Vlad, would hold off on trading him but man, please stick to a fitness routine for an entire year.

No one is touching Springers contract after the year he had, he's with us until retirement or he pulls a Tulo.

I hope first ones mentioned are gone, along with Ryu and a few other salaries leaving it would actually give the team the financial room for improvement... depending on who is making those moves.

I ain't trading vlad either. He was still the youngest Blue Jay on the team. He has potential to be absolutely great.

We did too much in the off season. Getting rid of that many bats was obviously a mistake.

I agree. next year will be very telling where this org should be heading with him. He is hitting .127 in the playoffs so far.

I don't agree with letting AA leave, I was upset as were most.

However they brought in front office staff and it didn't work out. Can't say I blame them for trying.
Corporate owners care about the bottom line not winning. Its why AA left. Its why Shapiro and Atkins will stay until the seats are empty.

What a disgraceful, pathetic display by this anemic offence. Not surprising, cause we've seen it all season long and NOTHING was done about it. I kept hearing from the know-it-alls in here that the statistics and analytics show that this is an offence that is just experiencing bad luck. Well analytics cost us two runs.

What a stupid bonehead move to take out a dealing Berrios, at 47 pitches, who you knew was having a great game, to bring in a starter who is not used to being brought into games with a runner on base. Inexcusable moronic decision by whoever decided this was a good idea. Was it Schneider, who saw fit to take Gausman last playoffs when he was dealing and they lost. Was it people hired by Atkins, the arrogant pompous ass, who made this decision?

In any case, changes MUST be made. Start with Atkins, who did nothing about this offence. Get rid of Chapman, Varsho, Belt, Merrifield and a few others. And, get rid of Schneider immediately.

Ok, sign me up for Yamamoto and Jung-Ho Lee. I know people want to dump Vlad but might be a chance to sign him at a discount. If not, there should be lots of interest.

It's disappointing that a team with contending aspirations, and two of the better youngsters in the game, can't make any hay. Wasted opportunity this year too with the pitching as dynamite as it was.

I agree with not trading Vlad and Varsho. You wont get value for those two you have to keep them and hope they rebound. KK wouldf not be back sadly (i like him) and I'd move Varsho at center field where his (lack off) offense would hurt less and would look for a left field and DH on the free agent market to improve the team. Sadly KK and Varsho are playing the same role got to make a choice there.

Chapman and Whit would not be back and would be replaced by kids. Biggio should be considered as a bench player moving forward i don't give a crap about his good sequences he is a bench player at this point of his career. I'd try to bring Hicks back for sure. I'd listen on offers for Kirk before it is too late but unlikely to receive a good enough offer. But i'd listen for sure.

He knows what he needs to do but clearly doesn't care enough.

Nobody holds him accountable and beyond some corners of social media, he's only been showered with praise.

At the end of the day, he's at fault, for sure. But when multiple players on the roster are clearly out of shape... I look at the organization as well. If they're not willing to get onto the program, get them out.
