Essentially saying he wants to be a yankee or Red Sox player next year which is gross IMOHe said it almost word for word.
Blue Jays' Kiermaier prioritizing AL East, playing on grass in free agency
Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier outlined an important priority for what he might be looking for in free agency in the offseason."Being on the turf my entire career, I enjoy being on the grass," Kiermaier said Thursday, according to Mark W. KK denied that report himself. Said he isn’t thinking about anything else but this season right nowEssentially saying he wants to be a yankee or Red Sox player next year which is gross IMO
He's a clown who shouldn't be anywhere near an MLB field.Angel Hernandez at it again, that wasn't even close to a swing LMAO.
Yes any combination of a jays win and a loss by the Mariners or Astros and we clinch. If I’m right, a Mariner’s loss and Blue Jays win clinches.
Literally nothing Kiermaier says in that quote or anywhere else in the article suggests he said he wants to play for the Yankees or Red Sox. What he actually said/meant is entirely dependent on what question he was responding to, which the reporter conveniently left out.He said it almost word for word.

Even if he WAS talking about wanting to play for the Yankees, that context was completely left out of the article, which is weird if that's the headline you're gonna go with.
I'm usually one to defend reporters, but this is shitty, clickbait journalism: ask a question, quote the answer without any clarifying context, slap a vaguely related but questionably accurate headline on it even though it isn't supported by the content of the article, generate controversy and clicks. Great job.
Saw a score article today saying KK wants to remain in AL east next year but play on real grass.
