We scored a run, we scored a run!!! Happy days are here again!!! Celebrate good times!! No thanks to that slug Chapman. It took J Schneider till now to move him down to the 8 slot despite him hitting around .200 since May 1st.

It must be so hard for our pitchers to know they need to be perfect with this anemic offence. One run in 22 innings this series.

Thanks for that.

So looks like Texas clinches with a win tonight.

The Jays can't clinch tonight no matter what, but would have a high likelihood of clinching tomorrow night if they win today and tomorrow.
If they win tonight and tomorrow they do clinch

He very well could get paid this off season for the exact reasons you’ve called out. Our problem is we need bats and his seems to have died and we can’t afford to tie up money in a defence only 3b. He very well could get his swing back but I’m happy to let another team see what they can find in the bat

Saw a score article today saying KK wants to remain in AL east next year but play on real grass. If that’s true seems like a crazy thing to say now and really in poor taste. Maybe play out your co tract before saying garbage like that. I just can’t believe it’s true
I very highly doubt KK said this. Especially at this point in the season.

I very highly doubt KK said this. Especially at this point in the season.

He said it almost word for word.

Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Kiermaier outlined an important priority for what he might be looking for in free agency in the offseason.

"Being on the turf my entire career, I enjoy being on the grass," Kiermaier said Thursday, according to Mark W. Sanchez of the New York Post. "My body feels so much better being on grass."

The 33-year-old acknowledged his comfort level playing in the AL East and highlighted Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park as two of his favorite ballparks to play at.

"I like the AL East. I've played in the division my entire career," Kiermaier said. I especially like here (Yankee Stadium) and Fenway (Park)."

I’d qualify him anyway. Just to get the pick. If he surprises me and accepts I’d still look to improve the bat there and just trade him if I could.

As to KK he denied the rumour. He said he was happy where he is right now and not thinking about anything else.
