everyone saying “yeah we’re done” hasn’t listened to fitzgerald. he’s said repeatedly now that he’d like to move some money to make it easier to bring guys in.

doesn’t mean it’ll happen because it takes two to tango, but the devils being at the cap right now is relatively inconsequential.

where does the “4th best faceoff” shit even come into play? he’s a bottom six forward so he’ll either be on a line with haula or mcleod, both players are better in the dot than he is.

Penalty kills? Center depth if someone goes down? It's just a random fact thrown in, doesn't hurt to have.

I mean where is the moved out money coming from? With all the talk of grrrrrrrrit I can't see Wood moving. Are we moving out Yegor and getting a different 3rd liner? Is someone taking on MacK?

Sportsnet has an interesting drafting style for picking hosts. What a huge collection of complete assholes. Bieksa, Bissonette and Getzlaf could trigger a black hole with their personalities.

Edit: I always thought Getzlaf was a nice guy, but they did a segment with his 11 yr old son who is a complete dickhead and just watching Ryan deal with people... He is the classic SoCal munghead.

If Blackwood's injury is worse than we're lead to believe, maybe they move him (especially since it's unlikely he's on the team next year with Vanecek/Schmid)

Ive been on board with adding Luke when he can this year.. but thats tough to do now with where we are at. And he'd be taking Smith's spot who I think they want playing in the playoffs (which is unfortunate actually)

Wonder if it happens or not.
