Dach isn’t even close to the best player on his WHL team which is funnyJust a hunch - but I imagine they‘ll be among the first cut at camp.
Not at all, it’s a 19 year old tournament, and Savoie isn’t a guy that’s going to be in the top 6, and every one of those guys outside of maybe 1-2 translate better in the bottom 6 and have tons of skill. Those 2 over Savoie and some of the draft eligibles is shocking lol
Hasn’t been duel eligible in a year, though I know it’s just your bit and saving face.Great too see dual eligible Fantilly join Canada, looking forward to seeing our boys take home gold in HALIFAX over the holidays
L’Hereaux not invited either - Shame he suffered that injury.
Very happy for Hinds. He is our best defenseman by far in Sherbrooke and he fully deserves strong consideration.
His stock will rise if he makes the team. Beastly defensively, smooth skater, very good with the puck.
I hope he can make the squad.
We will miss Roy and him if they make it, but meh, experience of a lifetime, Phoenix can afford to lose a few games.
We know Wright will be coming so that’s another cut - there’s a strong chance Guenther is coming, likely another cut.Think the cuts up front will be Dumais, Bankier and Dach, provided they keep 13.
Would not be surprised to see neither guy on the roster. We know Wright will be coming so that’s another cut - there’s a strong chance Guenther is coming, likely another cut.
I’m thinking 5 cuts at minimum at the forward position.
It would absolutely be a surprise if Wright isn't sent to the tournament.Would not be surprised to see neither guy on the roster.
Victoriaville are having a way better season than I thought they would. As someone who supported them for years (parents live there) before moving to Sherbrooke, I am very happy for them. It's not about the injury but his lack of discipline.
Victoriaville will be happy with Sherbrooke missing 2 and Quebec 4.
It’s certainly possible - I personally think he gets loaned out. What about Brandt Clarke ? Lots of rumours about Wright and Guenther being loaned but Im not hearing much about Clarke...
They thought they were inviting his brother and got confusedDach isn’t even close to the best player on his WHL team which is funny
Personally I'm not that sure Savoie wouldn't have a chance to make the top 6Not at all, it’s a 19 year old tournament, and Savoie isn’t a guy that’s going to be in the top 6, and every one of those guys outside of maybe 1-2 translate better in the bottom 6 and have tons of skill.

Korchinski and Allan are the top pairing on the Thunderbirds. They will definitely be playing together this tournament.Line Projections

In other words: We definitely need Wright, Guenther, Clarke to solidify very key spots in the roster, especially if you want to compete against the United States.
