What a joke. The US media promote any US team even if they are garbage. Of course TSN is going to gush over Team Canada. They are viewer driven!!!! Even if TC was crap they have to convince viewers they are worth watching.

There are some tears Button has Canada not winning for what it is worth. 2019, 2018, and 2016 from off the top of my head

Button also said in late November/early December that Team USA wasn't very good and won't medal. Now, they are uber talented and our main rival in the GMG. I mean, I think he finally got it right re: the Americans, but Button has always been a something of a clown.

I watched the show a few times. I laughed but the show is way too crude for me.

This team is legitimately bad. Has to be on coaching, there's no way that every great player on this roster suddenly forgot how to play. That goofball always has a "deer in the headlights" look every time the camera pans to him. Not to mention, the lines haven't changed once, even though the supposedly insane offensive skill hasn't materialized in many goals, relatively speaking.

Well this is something... First I think people forgot fantilli is still an 18yo draft eligible. He has skated well and can keep up with the pace but he doesn't make plays like someone in the top 6 should. I think people overestimated him given his level of experience. I didn't have issue with the roster construction but the coaches now have to decide if they want to break up the 3rd line or move someone like Schaefer up to the 2nd line to replace him (or ride it out and hope they start clicking). Maybe this team thought they won gold already I don't know, but I do have doubts now about Williams as coach... Has anyone seen NHL loan Dylan Guenther???
