I mean I wouldn’t say Bruno, Eriksen, and Mount are similar players at all. It’s pretty clear though that ETH is going to use Mount to add a high level presser in midfield behind Bruno. Whether or not it works is tbd.Feels like they have a lot of similar midfielders now. Bruno, Eriksen, Mount all the same while they really need a midfielder more like Casemiro. Not that i mind them buying wrong players.
Done and very well done.

FM legend, with the Roony kid from Sweden, Barajahi?
I mean I see what ETH is going for. He wants an 8 that can press and transition the ball from defense to offense. And Mount young enough where he can start 50 games in a season where Eriksen can’t. I think it makes sense tactically, I just question where Mount is the right guy for that role. They all have their strengths further up in the midfield. I don’t think Mount can handle that roll at all. This transfer would only make sense if they think he’s a backup for Bruno imo.
Seems ok all things considered, though he would go for a bit more tbhI believe around 35m
That’s been the report.United lunatics.
Chelsea I guess will make a big bid for Caicedo now?
Plus this means, depending on what positions he'll fit in exactly, theoretically it could mean some midfielders could be rested more. Eriksen definitely needs it, it became clearer towards the end of the season that one 90 minutes a week is enough for him. Edit: which you sort of addressed in the post which didn't show up for me at the time.I mean I wouldn’t say Bruno, Eriksen, and Mount are similar players at all. John Percy (most reliable Villa transfer guy) has said it is 31.5 mSeems ok all things considered, though he would go for a bit more tbh
That's usually the draw of big teams no?Jesus christ. Can Man United really not attract players without paying such absurd wages?
Likely staying. Enrique wants him.Any word on Neymar?
Still would love to see the circus show if he went to the PL
The same as this season.how many offensive players do Rennes need?
I think teams can be perfectly competitive without paying such absurd wages. They maybe just need to broaden their range of targets during transfer windows. That's usually the draw of big teams no?
Of course they can be but United's main pull power is the wages they offer.I think teams can be perfectly competitive without paying such absurd wages. They maybe just need to broaden their range of targets during transfer windows.
Was hoping that Mount would fall through. 60m is a great get for him, given the contract sitch. But f***.
If that is the case that is hardly a good thing.Of course they can be but United's main pull power is the wages they offer.
I dont see it as an issue at all. Most teams would love to be in UNited's position in terms of purchasing power. If that is the case that is hardly a good thing.
