Would violate EU labour law.
For sure, I don’t agree that there should be a cap. But as I said earlier this week, they should enforce no incoming transfers if you are over squad limit. I think that’s a fair (using the next word lightly) “compromise”. Should not be allowed to bring in people if you have to de-register others (or not register new signing) .

Pretty crazy he linked to the likes of barca/united 2 years ago. The hype has dropped significantly now but he would be a major improvement to what Villa has now
He's a player I used to think was overrated a couple of years ago, but right now I feel he could start for most big clubs. He's not especially useful if you tend to park the bus, but for teams that like to start play from behind he's like an extra midfielder out there. He won't come cheap though, although he's only 26 he's already a local legend for Villarreal, born and raised there (and we're talking about a town the size of Hereford). I expect they'll ask for at least 50 mil.
he's phenomenal at playing the ball out from the back, so will be a key thing for us getting him -- Unai has forced us to play out from the back and it is transformed the way which we play. It is a stunning signing for us, but Unai must've played a role in getting him to sign

Yup.
Likely selling Doku and Majer and still making money out of it.
Great business.
Where is Majer going?

Heard RB Leipzig going French again too. They want Lukeba and Bitshiabu to replace Gvardiol who will go to Man City

Alvarez to Dortmund fell through. Have to wonder if West Ham goes back in for him - probably has some leverage on the price now too. I wouldn’t pay €45M for him, but maybe that’s what it takes.

Sounds like BS given how banged up Mouki was in the ruckrunde and that Sport Bild isn't usually great with BVB sources, but they are reporting that Moukoko is no longer considered unsellable; claiming the club was disappointed with his performances after getting his extension and that they are planning to move forward with Adeyemi-Haller-Malen as their starters up front.

Again I'm skeptical of this report; especially since Mouki can get plenty of PT rotating with Haller and sometimes playing off of the big man...but I also wouldn't be too upset if a club like Leipzig made a move for him. Sesko-Moukoko would be a ton of fun to watch together, just sayin'...

Also:
- Dutch reports are claiming that BVB have pulled back their pursuit of Alvarez, while Sergio Arribas has joined the list of young creatives they're reportedly exploring.
- Leipzig are reportedly working hard on dutch RB Lutsharel Geertruida.
- Frankfurt are working to bring Robin Koch back to Germany.
- Gnonto has emerged as an alternative to Beltran for Freiburg.
- Gladbach are reportedly interested in Franck Honorat.
- While we have completed our 3rd signing for the new season after Mikkel Kaufmann & Alex Kral:

Yes I wrote about Lukeba a while back.

Don't know about Majer but Atlético was hot after him. EPL teams are also rumored.

Chelsea will definitely reach 250MM in outgoings from the last two windows (Jorgi).

Already at 200, and that is without Ziyech, Pulisic, Chalobah, RLC fees. Auba and Azpi will go on frees and the rest I would imagine are loans.

Maybe a surprise sale of Cucurella, Gallagher, or Sterling in there. Doubt it though.

Edit: Forgot about Hudson Odoi and Lukaku. So +40 to 50 there as well.

For accounting purposes, Mount and Chalobah would be big ones.
