Arsenal already have 2 left footed CBsArsenal could have signed Lukeba for 35M and he's left footed. Would have been better for them IMO. Good job by Ajax.
How many good ones?Arsenal already have 2 left footed CBs
Good enough to not have to buy a 3rd one.How many good ones?
And I believe Arsenal has 2 right footed CBs. In fact, I think Arsenal's best two CB are right footed.

Who's the second left-footer (Gabriel being the first)? Two.
Arsenal does have two right footed CBs, but if you think Holding is one of Arsenal's best two CBs, that's certainly unique.

250K a week is pretty much the standard now among top teams, not including bonuses. IIRC, that is now pretty much the base salary United will offer top players. Rashford's new contract will extend beyond that because he's proven his worth.I think teams can be perfectly competitive without paying such absurd wages. They maybe just need to broaden their range of targets during transfer windows.
If it ends up being 60 million pounds instead of 55, then United and Mount will have had a very successful season.Considering he won't renew his deal I feel like Chelsea getting 60m is robbing them blind.
I mean what else do we have to offer at this point?Jesus christ. Can Man United really not attract players without paying such absurd wages?
This might be it before sales, players or club, for this window.![]()
WE HAVE NO MONEY
So Saliba and White aren't good enough to not spend 50M on a right footed CB?Good enough to not have to buy a 3rd one.
Timber will probably play as an inverted RB anyways.
So Gabriel and Kiwior on one side and Saliba, White and Holding on the other.Kiwior
Anyone on this board have a strong Veiga opinion?
Shouldn't be for players like Mount.250K a week is pretty much the standard now among top teams, not including bonuses. IIRC, that is now pretty much the base salary United will offer top players.
Does he play through the middle exclusively? Or would he be able to play a wide midfielder that comes in?He's great at dribbling through the lines. World class at it. This will sound like nitpicking because he had 11 goals but his finishing still needs some polish.
Let's put it this way if someone told me I could swap Mount for him I would do it instantly. He plays like Stevie G
Timber will probably play as inverted RB. As mentioned already. So Saliba and White aren't good enough to not spend 50M on a right footed CB?
So Gabriel and Kiwior on one side and Saliba, White and Holding on the other.
And yet it's somehow smart to buy a right footed one.![]()
