He's under contract so he really has no obligation to leave if he doesnt want to now.
You are 100% right.

Does not mean PSG cannot try to force him to move now. Basically, their position is that they do not want a lame duck year. Mbappé's position is that he wants his 150M bonus + the 100M signing bonus Madrid already allegedly promised.

He still mostly plays on the right? I mean it’s tough to get a guy to come in who is good and willing to back up Salah, but this at best is a dice roll
Right or left isn't a problem.

Absolutely. But PSG could also (not that they would) bench the best player in the world because then can and that would make him instantly crazy.

Leipzig and Milan will offer around 50M for Lois Openda, which should be enough to move him.

I’m not an Arsenal expert, but I’m getting a feeling that they might want Timber as a DM? Or maybe they see him in a double six? Maybe I’m crazy
I think he'd be used in several roles while he gets phased into the team. Combination of RCB, DM, and RB that inverts in possession. Would definitely be useful for how Arteta wants to play, and they need depth across the backline after it cost us this year.

Left footed? Don’t need him on the left side. LFC very unbalanced with too much on the left
Right footed.
To be honest, if he plays like he has the last month of the season, you have nobody on the left that can tie his shoes.

Here’s hoping! Honestly not my favorite but LFC desperately need some pace and some width. He would certainly help with that. What the hell changed in the home stretch of the season for him

Yeah he got healthy, and the unreal talent was always there. Now will he stay healthy? I would bet he won't.

Hmmm yeah not sure if that’s sustainable. Would be more curious if they changed him up tactically or something and it unlocked something. But at his size and history doubt he stays healthy and LFC can’t carry all these injury prone guys. Weird choice. Risky.

I feel like Doku would be a good fit for Liverpool. Idk I think having that type of skillset on the bench is never a bad thing if he’s willing to accept that role.

It could be worse. They definitely can use the pace and width he provides. That being said they’ve also got a lot of goals and assists that they are going to need to replace. As I said, I’d rather have taken a guy like Barcola. Maybe Doku is one of these post-hype sleepers though? Who knows let’s see if it even happens

I guess it would also be price dependent. But I think you guys could do a lot worse than Doku.

Holy shit. Never seen a sell on clause that big. Granted he likely won’t be sold for a big sum so it’s not going amount in a big lump of cash I’d imagine.

Arsenal have officially put in a second and improved bid for Timber, seems it is a matter of time before he is with the Arsenal.
I'm for it, though the way that tweet is worded neglects to mention that about half of Europe is after him as well.
Half of Europe is in for him and the favourites so far are Real Madrid. They tend to always get the top prospects because they're Real, they got Oezil, Junior, Modric, and Odegaard all fairly young.

No concrete news, but seems like Arsenal, Liverpool, and Chelsea are all still in on Lavia.

Disregarding price, he's probably Liverpool's 5th option for the front 3, right? Seems like a good depth signing to me too.

Surprised LFC are not the favourites to sign him. I get they still have Fabinho and he's still serviceable, but he's also shown a lot of cracks this past season.

Basically what I read is Liverpool are trying to leverage their connections with Southampton (previous transfers), Arsenal have connections with the agent, and Chelsea have shown the most interest over the last 6 months.

Because it is stupid to throw 50M to a project when you already have another VERY highly rated player waiting to take the place of Fabinbo who might be better than Lavia anyway. If they target a DM it would have to be a player with way more experience than Lavia

LFC are skint, they should focus exclusively on improving the first team like they did with the Mac Allister deal not throw away their money for potential successor.
